 2009 AUDIO CONFERENCES

Managing Inside the Organization
Audio Conference Call-In Procedures

After you register, please mark your calendar and save these instructions for participating in the conference.

Call-in procedures

    • Additional instructions with phone numbers and access codes will be e-mailed to you at least one day prior to the audio conference.
    • Call the phone number you are given at least 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure you are connected.
    • You will be asked for your credit union name and state.
    • After the information has been taken, you will be connected to the call.
    • You will hear music until the audio conference starts. If you don't hear music, you may have been disconnected. Please hang up and call again.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions?

Yes. At a predetermined point in the conference call, the operator will provide instructions for presenting your questions.

When will we receive handouts?

Handouts will be e-mailed to registered participants at least one day prior to the event. Download or print off your handouts at least one day prior to the audio conference in order to avoid any possible technical issues.

How many people from my credit union can call in?
Each registration provides call access for one phone line or person. While the audio conference can be listened to by several people at once (in a conference room, for example), the registered individual is the only person who will receive transcript credit for attending.

For more information, please e-mail training@cuna.coop or call 800-356-9655, ext. 4249.
