Remove the common barriers to great teamwork and instill a communication culture. Every credit union is a team made up of individuals who must work effectively together to deliver the best possible results. Yet, we usually deal with teams only on the level of the individual(s) creating problems. This audio looks at teams as a single unit that has the capacity to achieve at a level higher than any individual.

Through this audio you will
  • Identify the optimum team size
  • Discover what personalities best suit a team
  • Learn how teams really communicate
