ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE eSCHOOL Gain the basic financial knowledge you need to work with business lending members. This series of three web seminars consists of instructor-led presentations enhanced with case studies, pre-session readings, and handouts summarizing the main points. This program is beneficial for business lending staff, loan officers, and VP lending who have not had formal training in financial analysis. Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.
INSTRUCTORS Beth Hamlin Beth is a founding principal of Caliber Commercial Corporation, and is responsible for the company's credit analysis and management services provided to client banks and other financial institutions. Beth has worked in the banking and leasing industry for many years, designing, delivering, and managing customized training programs including analyzing title and private mortgage insurers, counterparty banks, private placement issuers, and cash flow training for lenders and analysts. Prior to founding Caliber Commercial Corporation, Beth was vice president of credit for Copelco Leasing and a vice president of credit policy at Meritor Financial Group. She was also a vice president and division head for credit at First Pennsylvania Bank, where she was instrumental in building and implementing the first automated cash flow analysis and statement control system bankwide. ARCHIVE eSCHOOL OVERVIEW Archived CUNA eSchools enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. Viewing a archived eSchool will enable you to see and hear a presentation, questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. If you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff! Use our 90- to 120-minute archived eSchools as part of a full day of training by gaining knowledge and ideas at the eSchool, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union. A single session archived eSchool will be made available usually within 48 hours of the live event and a two session archived eSchool will be made available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the second session. By registering for this archived eSchool, you will receive unlimited access until the end date listed above. No access to this archived eSchool is provided after the end date listed above. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before October 5, 2009 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received on or after October 5, 2009 or for registrations received on or after October 5, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to October 5, 2009 at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. |
