ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE eSCHOOL

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

INSTRUCTORS
Tracy Jean Ashfield
Tracy founded Strategic Mortgage Solutions (SMS) in 2001 to help credit unions with mortgage lending strategy, development, policies, product design, training, and strategic planning. Recently she merged the consulting firm into Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc., where today she serves as executive vice president.

In addition to working with credit unions and CUSOs, Tracy works with the NCUA and NASCUS to provide training and education in the area of residential mortgage lending. Tracy has helped the largest mortgage granting credit unions enhance their programs while helping those new to mortgage lending develop business strategies that have propelled them into efficient, profitable real estate lenders.

Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in mortgage banking management. Before forming SMS, she held a variety of management positions with CUNA Mutual Group. In addition to being the senior executive of mortgage development, she was the senior vice president of operations of CUNA Mortgage Corporation, responsible for retail and wholesale production, more than 20 branches, and their National Training Department. Tracy also worked with CMG Mortgage Insurance Company committed to helping credit unions develop low down payment and affordable housing programs for their members.

Tracy is the co-author of Credit Union Mortgage Strategies: The Best Never Rest and numerous other periodicals on credit union lending strategies.




Blaine Rada
Blaine is a customer training manager for CMG Mortgage Insurance Company. In a typical year, he facilitates close to 100 training workshops for over 2,000 participants, in both live and webinar formats. Blaine joined CMG MI in 1997, following eight years with PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. He is a faculty member of the CUNA Residential Mortgage Lending School and a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the National Speakers Association. Blaine was named "America's Greatest Thinker" in 2005 by winning the Great American Think-Off, a national philosophy competition. His writing has been published in Conscious Choice, a Chicago-area magazine.


ARCHIVE eSCHOOL OVERVIEW
Archived CUNA eSchools enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. Viewing a archived eSchool will enable you to see and hear a presentation, questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. If you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

Use our 90- to 120-minute archived eSchools as part of a full day of training by gaining knowledge and ideas at the eSchool, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union.

A single session archived eSchool will be made available usually within 48 hours of the live event and a two session archived eSchool will be made available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the second session. By registering for this archived eSchool, you will receive unlimited access until the end date listed above. No access to this archived eSchool is provided after the end date listed above.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before November 30, 2009 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received on or after November 30, 2009 or for registrations received on or after November 30, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to November 30, 2009 at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
