If you're new to compliance, start here! In this three session eSchool, you'll build a solid understanding of the credit union laws and regulations that affect your operations. We provide a comprehensive overview of more than 25 important regulations.

Through this eSchool you will:

  • Explore the major regulations from Reg A-Z
  • Identify the regulations that impact your job and your credit union
  • Determine good basic regulatory information for all staff levels
  • Review regulations from an employee's day-to-day perspective and devlop a better understanding, from a regulatory point of view, about "what we can or cannot say" to our members
  • Learn the potential consequences of "non-compliance"
  • Attain a better appreciation of the key role you play in the success of your credit union's compliance program

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
