ABOUT THIS ESCHOOL
As a member of your credit union's staff or board, there's always more to learn about financial management issues. Attend CUNA Financial Management eSchool: Part II to build on your expertise. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the financial side of your credit union so you can make truly informed decisions. And you'll learn ways to evaluate and improve your credit union's performance. This eSchool is in cooperation with the CUNA CFO Council.
"As CFO of an $80 million credit union, it reiterated topics, but allowed me to communicate via conference calls with peer to discuss problem resolution. And from an analytical standpoint, some of the ratio analysis seems to make a bit more sense, especially from a net interest margin point of view."
- Basil Closson, CFO, Bangor FCU
Throughout this eSchool you will:
Learn practical financial management tools
Use computer simulations to gain a better understanding of how your financial management decisions will affect your credit union's growth
Learn how to use asset-liability management techniques to enhance your credit union's financial performance
Establish what needs to be considered when managing the financial management department of your credit union
