ABOUT THIS ESCHOOL
Are you looking for compliance training for your tellers, member service representatives, board of directors, and other staff members? This new eSchool is designed to fill that training need!

The CUNA Compliance Certification Training for Staff eSchool is the complete learning package for all types of learners. All from the convenience of your credit union, you get live instruction from industry experts, print books for course preparation and future reference, online learning activities to engage attendees and continue compliance training, and exams for attendees to demonstrate their compliance knowledge. What a deal!

National Recognition

Prove to the examiners how knowledgeable your staff is! The CUNA Compliance Certification Training for Staff eSchool is modeled after the five modules of CUNA's Regulatory Training & Certification Program (RegTraC) Level 1. RegTraC Level 1 training is specifically designed for credit union non-compliance staff who need a general overview of the laws and regulations affecting credit unions. Attendees may take the RegTraC Level 1 exams to demonstrate their knowledge of the topics. By completing all five exams (one for each RegTraC Level 1 module), attendees will receive a Compliance Achievement Award.

These sessions are perfect for training one person at your credit union or a group of your staff! For each eSchool registration, your credit union will receive:

  • All five RegTraC Level 1 modules in print format, plus five scantron exam answer sheets – one for each module. ($175 value) Additional print exams may be purchased for $26.00.
  • 25 web codes to access CPDOnline where attendees can access pre-work assignments, online exams, and additional interactive compliance learning activities. ($600 value) Additional online exams may be purchased for $15.50-$24.50.

ESCHOOL OVERVIEW
CUNA Webinars enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. And if you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

You'll learn how to effectively interact with the presenter and your peers during live webinars.


CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on December 7, 2009 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after December 7, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
