ABOUT THIS ESCHOOL Gain a solid understanding of the basics of Regulation Z as well as an in-depth look at the recent changes and how they will affect your credit union. On January 29, 2009 the Federal Reserve Board issued final amendments to the open-end credit rules under Regulation Z, which includes comprehensive changes to the format, timing, and content requirements for the five main types of open-end credit disclosures under Regulation Z, and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). These include credit card application and solicitation disclosures, account-opening disclosures, periodic statements, change-in-term notices, and advertising provisions. The amendments become mandatory on July 1, 2010.
Join us for this eBoot Camp and get a solid review of the basics of Regulation Z as well as an in-depth look at the changes and how they affect your credit union lending programs.
