Rory Rowland, CCUE
Rory is a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. After serving as president of two credit unions and earning his CCUE, Rory began using his communications skills and specialized background in credit unions to help others in the movement be more effective.
Rory has presented his high energy, fun and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union leagues conferences throughout the country.
Tom Smigielski
Tom is former president and CEO of the $1 billion asset Pacific Service Credit Union headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. Smigielski has been president and CEO since 1991 and has over twenty years of business experience prior to coming to the credit union. He received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from Stanford University.
