ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR Due diligence after the loan has been booked is as important and time consuming as the original underwriting. Monitoring the performance of the portfolio requires the lender to identify and respond to changes in the performance of the borrower. Early identification and action can greatly assist in minimizing potential charge-offs and keeping loan delinquencies in check. This webinar will help lenders identify "red flags" and the steps needed to mitigate potential losses.
- The steps for early detection of "problem loans"
- Creating a loan servicing process at your credit union
- What to look for during annual servicing
WHO SHOULD ATTEND This webinar will help lenders at all levels, as a first step in developing servicing skills or as a refresher for more experienced lenders.
Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.
