Bob Keubler
Bob is the chief information officer for 1st Financial Federal Credit Union in St Charles, MO. He has been in IT for 10+ years and has been heavily involved in BCP planning for multiple financial institutions. Bob is a current member of the CUNA Technology Council and serves on the Executive Committee and is co-chair of the Communications Committee.
Tom Dunn
Tom is an editor/researcher in the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) market research department. He contributes regularly to CUNA's CU360, CU360 Newsletter, CU Environmental Scan, as well as special reports such as "Checks & Balances: Credit Unions and Overdraft Privilege Programs." An 18-year veteran of CUNA, Tom has worked not only for CUNA's public relations and public affairs departments, but has worked in its advocacy operations in Washington, D.C.
Beth Soltis
Beth is project director/senior research analyst for Credit Union National Association (CUNA). As a senior research analyst and project director, Beth conducts surveys for credit unions, leagues, and internal departments. She is a project director for credit union employee surveys and league compensation surveys as well as a member of CUNA's HR/TD Council and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Beth is a contributor to CUNA's annual CU Environmental Scan and is also the primary analyst for CUNA's Complete Credit Union Compensation Survey, the credit union movement's most comprehensive nationwide compensation resource. Beth has 15 years of credit union-related research experience.
