ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR The program focuses on the element of stress and its influence on your overall health: your body, mind, and emotions. We all develop destructive patterns as responses to difficult circumstances, unaware of how these habitual reactions and behaviors erode our relationships, our leadership, and our well-being. This program focuses on increasing your understanding of personal wellness and teaches techniques for reducing stress, which will greatly improve your physical and mental health. INSTRUCTORS Terry Hasty Terry Hasty, M.S., is vice president of MindSpring Consulting, Inc. in Asheville, North Carolina. Terry serves as a consultant, facilitator, and program designer for clients such as the USDA Forest Service, Center for Disease Control, Choice Community Credit Union, and the NC Public School Forum. Before co-founding MindSpring in 1994, she was a secondary school English/Journalism teacher for 12 years. She has conducted educational and business workshops in Europe and across the United States. ARCHIVE WEBINAR OVERVIEW Archived CUNA Webinars enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. Viewing a archived webinar will enable you to see and hear a presentation, questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a computer with an Internet connection and speakers. If you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff! Use our 90- to 120-minute archived webinars as part of a full day of training by gaining knowledge and ideas at the webinar, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union. A single session archived webinar will be made available usually within 48 hours of the live event and a two session archived webinar will be made available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the second session. By registering for this archived webinar, you will receive unlimited access until the end date listed above. No access to this archived webinar is provided after the end date listed above. CANCELLATIONS The last day for cancellations was July 29, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to July 30, 2009 at no additional cost.
