ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR On January 29, 2009 the Federal Reserve Board issued final amendments to the open-end credit rules under Regulation Z, which includes comprehensive changes to the format, timing, and content requirements for the five main types of open-end credit disclosures under Regulation Z, and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). These include credit card application and solicitation disclosures, account-opening disclosures, periodic statements, change-in-term notices, and advertising provisions. The amendments become mandatory on July 1, 2010. Join us for a solid review of the basic current Regulation Z requirements for open-end and closed-end consumer lending. This session will provide a solid review of the consumer lending requirements of Regulation Z including:

Mary-Lou was the senior research and information consultant for the California/Nevada Credit Union League for seven years, and since founding her company in 2000, has provided training for credit unions and leagues around the country.
