ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR
The technologies and discoveries of the human potential movement have consistently stated that we are responsible for our experiences and the outcomes in our lives. Operating out of scarcity, never feeling enough, having enough, being enough, we struggle daily to make ends meet emotionally, mentally, and financially.

What we see out there in the world is a true and accurate reflection of what we see inside of ourselves. Unfortunately, many people remain unaware of the relationship between thinking and doing, and experience unintended outcomes throughout the course of their life. This program includes a discovery tool that will highlight your level of intentionality in your work and personal life.

TOPICS & OBJECTIVES

CU Leadership: Creating Intended Outcomes

Through this webinar you will:

  • Increase your understanding of the principles that help you create the outcomes you truly desire
  • Learn to distinguish between content and context, the subjective and the objective, between intention and compulsion
  • Understand more clearly how the mind functions and how to avoid habitual barriers and pitfalls
  • Examine your thinking process, its barriers, and how to increase mission and purpose in your life
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This webinar is beneficial for any credit union staff member who wants to learn how to remove barriers to their own future successes, both personally and professionally.

Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.

If you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

Use our 90- to 120-minute archived webinars as part of a full day of training by gaining knowledge and ideas at the webinar, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union.

A single session archived webinar will be made available usually within 48 hours of the live event and a two session archived webinar will be made available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the second session. By registering for this archived webinar, you will receive unlimited access until the end date listed above. No access to this archived webinar is provided after the end date listed above.
