Tuition: $249 for the archive webinar (live webinar not included) ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR Self-awareness is perhaps the most influential aspect of leadership development. Until we understand our strengths and barriers, our perceptions and beliefs, our agendas and motives, we cannot understand how they impact our leadership. The more insight we have into ourselves, the more equipped we are to understand, motivate, and lead those in the credit union. There are many diverse forces, needs, and perceptions at work within any group, and the individuals within the group determine the level of success they achieve. The degree to which the leader understands these dynamics and the role she/he plans in the workings of the group determines the degree to which intended outcomes are reached. Without self-awareness, and awareness of others, individuals and organizations are continually dealing with unintended outcomes.
