ABOUT THIS ARCHIVE WEBINAR Stay compliant and up-to-date on mortgage lending regulations! This two part webinar will cover the regulations contained in the Level 1 RegTraC Mortgage Lending Regulations module. You will learn the important aspects of each of these regulations and be prepared to take the Mortgage Lending Regulations exam. This exam is one of the 5 exams required to obtain the CUNA Compliance Achievment Award. As part of your tuition you will receive the Level 1 RegTraC Mortgage Lending Regulations module and 5 complimentary codes giving access to CPDonline. This webinar is beneficial for CU frontline staff, board of directors, and all CU staff members affected by the individual regulations. Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.
INSTRUCTORSAnne Whatley, CUCE Anne Whatley is vice president of regulatory strategy for PolicyWorks. Anne is responsible for the delivery of PolicyWorks' regulatory services and new product development, while also working with individual credit unions to provide them with training and counsel on regulatory matters. Having previously served for many years as director of regulatory affairs for the Iowa Credit Union League, Anne has worked closely with credit unions and provided them guidance on a wide range of state and federal regulatory matters. Prior to joining PolicyWorks, she was an associate attorney with the Des Moines law firm of Whitfield & Eddy.
