INSTRUCTORS
Harold Sollenberger
Harold is a professor of accounting at Michigan State University, where he teaches management accounting at the undergraduate and MBA levels. He has served as the associate dean, MBA programs and has been chairperson of the accounting, finance, and insurance faculty. Harold has taught an entire generation of credit union managers in over 20 years of teaching for CUNA and many credit union groups, leagues, and individual credit unions. He has written several articles and publications dealing with financial planning in financial institutions, management information systems, and information management.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on September 9, 2008 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after September 9, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
