Review and understand the methodologies and calculated value of commercial real estate. Reviewing Appraisals will help you establish the procedures and format you need to review value determinations. Become familiar with the most common methods of calculating value and potential red flags of these methods. Using the checklists that will be provided, you will be able to establish a review process that satisfies the increased scrutiny that appraisal valuation is under.
