INSTRUCTORS
Rory Rowland, CCUE
Rory served as president of two credit unions and is a Certified Credit Union Executive. He is a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. Rory uses his communications skills and credit union knowledge to help others in the movement be more effective.
Rory has presented his high-energy, fun, and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. He is continually one of the most highly-rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union league conferences.

The last day for cancellations was February 26, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
