Building on this distinctive strength, the Creating Member Loyalty™ System of Training is designed to help credit unions serve members better and increase bottom-line results. The programs help to initiate a change of both individual and organizational behavior throughout your credit union, helping you cultivate a sales culture that exceeds your members' expectations. Join us during this webinar to discover how your credit union can harness the power of Creating Member Loyalty at your credit union. WHO SHOULD ATTEND This webinar will benefit trainers, executive team members, sales/branch managers, or anyone responsible for sponsoring/driving sales & service in the credit union. Affiliation with CUNA/League is required for attendance.
INSTRUCTORSAngela Prestil Angela is director of sales culture development for the Creating Member Loyalty™ System of Training at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). Her responsibilities include ensuring the successful implementation of the Creating Member Loyalty™ program for more than 200 credit unions nationwide, as well as managing the development and design of the Creating Member Loyalty™ System of Training. Angela brings more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering educational programs and products to CUNA. Her expertise lies in marketing, sales, innovation, and train-the-trainer programs and products, as well as in customer relationship development. She joined CUNA in February of 2000. Since coming to CUNA, Angela has conducted training around the country at League meetings, CUNA schools, and CUNA webinars. WEBINAR OVERVIEW CUNA Webinars enable staff to pick up new skills and keep up with daily responsibilities. Just like in face-to-face classes, students see and hear a presentation, ask questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a speakerphone and computer with Internet connection. And if you have a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff! Use our webinars as part of a full day of training. Gain knowledge and ideas at the webinar, then spend some time discussing how the new information applies to your credit union. CUNA Webinars use WebEx to provide an interactive and convenient online learning environment. Whether you are a first time WebEx user, or simply need a refresher, take a short tour of WebEx to help you get the most from CUNA Webinars. You'll learn how to effectively interact with the presenter and your peers during live webinars. |
