Prior to that she worked with Symitar Systems on their implementations team where she helped credit unions through core system migrations. Kathleen is a proud member of Filene's i3 team.
Hear from Danielle Chatfield
Danielle Chatfield is director of credit union training at KEMBA Financial CU in Columbus, OH. She has worked in the credit union movement for 12 years and held a variety of positions ranging from branch manager, vice president, chief operating officer, league staffer, to her current position. She is a Credit Union Development Educator, a member of the Filene Research Institute's i3 group, and chair of the CUNA Hispanic Resource Center Advisory Group.
