ABOUT THIS WEBINAR The U.S. small business sector generates annual financial services revenues in excess of $150 billion. Additionally, the value of the personal financial services relationships of the entrepreneurs and employees working in this segment is estimated to be in excess of $120 billion. Small business is therefore "big business" and is one of the most lucrative segments in U.S. financial services.
For credit unions, the financial needs of this growing market segment goes well beyond member business lending (where credit unions are subject to strict regulatory limits). This webinar will explore the different small business segments that exist today and will highlight (and quantify) the opportunities credit unions have to become more engaged in this vital part of the American economy.
At the conclusion of this webinar, your team will:
- Understand the size and nature of the U.S. small business market
- Identify how to appeal to small businesses and create lasting relationships focused on business solutions - not just member business loans
- Learn the dynamics of managing small business relationships
- Explore ways to originate new member business relationships among existing and potential members
This is just one of many webinars CUNA offers for credit union CEO, senior management, and other executives to provide insights on some of the toughest issues credit unions are facing. This webinar is approximately an hour in length plus a question and answer section at the conclusion of the webinar.
