Credit unions today are facing a rising tide of delinquent accounts and bankruptcies. In the current economic environment, these problems won't go away overnight. This webinar is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to understand collection practices.
Through this webinar you will:
- Evaluate and modify current credit and collection policies
- Understand the most common cases of delinquency
- Recognize and strategize the eight steps to the collection call
- Choose the most effective communication style for the collection process

INSTRUCTORS
Harry Strausser, III
Harry is president of the Remit Corporation and Interact Training and Development where he oversees the operation of a full-service collection agency and coordinates training programs for its educational subsidiary. Harry is active in the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and ACA International. In 1998 he received the Kurt Swersky Innovative Leadership Award at the Leadership Forum of the American Collectors Association.

CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was March 10, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
