Lynn Giuliani
Lynn is the president and founder of Progressions Inc. a consulting company specializing in sales, service, and leadership training for credit unions. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, working in both credit unions and banks. Lynn's thorough knowledge of banking helps her to create a personal rapport with her participants, as they know" she's been there"!
Stacey Hanke
Stacey's expertise focuses on changing individual's communication behavior while influencing others to take action. She is a featured author in the book Conversations On Success with Jack Canfield, co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul.
As a coach, Stacey has provided customized instruction for over 4,000 individuals worldwide. Her area of expertise lies in changing behavior to provide individuals powerful skills that enhance and maximize their ability to influence others to take action. Some of Stacey's repeat clients include Coca-Cola Enterprises, Deloitte, TransUnion, Leo Burnett, United States Navy, Federal Drug Administration, and Hewlett Packard.
Stacey is also an instructor on the topic of "Executive Presentation Skills" for MBA students attending DePaul University in Chicago and serves on the small business panel for USA Today.
Jeff Rendel
Jeff is president of Rising Above Enterprise and offers a wealth of education and knowledge of the financial services marketplace. He has experience as a federal regulator, financial executive, and congressional lobbyist. Jeff works with associations that want more loyal, dues-paying members, with professionals who want greater professional growth, and with financial services providers that want deeper market penetration.
Mary Johnson
Mary has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She makes learning memorable, practical, and fun, and has customized programs that bring results. From CEOs to frontline tellers, Mary capitalizes on each individual's talents and abilities. In addition to her work with credit unions and The California Credit Union League, Mary has also worked closely with Kevin and Jackie Freiberg (keynote speakers and authors) on consulting projects with major companies throughout the U.S. such as Ernst & Young and Red Robin, Inc. Mary was instrumental in helping these organizations create cultures where employees love to work.
Mary also teaches "Care and Feeding of Corporate Culture" at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) Extension Program. Prior to beginning her own company, Mary served as a vice president at several large financial institutions including San Diego County Credit Union, San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, and First Interstate Bank.
Charlotte Leo, CUDE
Charlotte currently manages the 120-member ambassador program for AA Credit Union. She is responsible for creating incentives, training, recruiting, tracking, reporting, and communications for this group. She received the 2007 CUNA Business Development Best Practices award for the enhancements made to the program and the results that have been achieved.
Charlotte started her career with American Airlines as an intern in college for AA Cargo Advertising and Promotions. She transferred to the credit union in 2001 as a mortgage loan officer. In 2003, she began working in the business development department, educating members on the credit union difference and impacting overall membership growth.
