Lynn Giuliani
Lynn is the president and founder of Progressions Inc. a consulting company specializing in sales, service, and leadership training for credit unions. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, working in both credit unions and banks. Lynn's thorough knowledge of banking helps her to create a personal rapport with her participants, as they know "she's been there"!
Stacey Hanke
Stacey is an executive consultant, author, and speaker with expertise providing individuals the skills to influence others to take action. As a coach, she has provided customized instruction for more than 4,000 individuals worldwide including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Deloitte, Leo Burnett, and Hewlett Packard. Stacey is a featured author in the book Conversations On Successwith Jack Canfield, co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul. She is also an instructor of "Executive Presentation Skills" for MBA students attending DePaul University, Chicago and serves on the small business panel for USA Today.
John A. MacDonald
John is the vice president of corporate strategy and communications for Lupoli Companies, which is the parent company of Sal's Pizza retail division and wholesale division, Riverwalk Properties, Salvatore's Restaurants, and Mary's Sandwiches and Pasta. John oversees the marketing, public relations, business development, and political affairs and is manager of tenant relations for the Lupoli Companies.
John started his credit union career at Northern Massachusetts Telephone Workers Credit Union, followed by becoming director of marketing at Everett Credit Union, and then vice president of marketing at the Central Credit Union Fund. Most recently, John was vice president of communications at Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union located in Lawrence, MA. MVFCU has $440 million in assets with 45,000 members.
John formerly served on the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Executive Committee and was chairman of the CUNA Business Development Committee. Passionate about the credit union industry and the vital role it serves to the local community and country, John helped establish the Massachusetts Credit Union League Business Development Network.
Claudine Oriani
Claudine Oriani has been involved in adult education assessment, design, and delivery for the past 25 years, 15 of which have been spent in the credit union industry. Her thought-provoking presentations on marketing/branding, employee development, team building, leadership, strategic planning, service, and financial literacy have received superior marks from thousands of participants. Claudine once performed as a stand-up comedian and often infuses her presentations with humor. On this subject, she states: "Research has quantified the link between laughter and learning retention, so there's a method to my madness."
Joe Saari
Joe is the president, CEO, and co-founder of Precision Information. In 2007, two credit unions who working with Precision Information, publisher of the Educated Investor University, were awarded Credit Union Journal Best Practice awards. Check out the press release.
Joe is a respected and well-known thought leader in the financial industry, a member of the Wisconsin Governor's Taskforce on Financial Literacy, and recipient of the Governor's Award for Financial Excellence. Joe has spoken for CNBC, CNNfn, Bloomberg, and many other media outlets. He is passionate about his personal mission to enrich the lives of individuals and organizations he serves.
Barbara Wirtz
Barbara works with executives to develop leadership expertise within their organizations. Her ideas have been published in 40 articles in 10 professional trade journals including The Credit Union Journal, Credit Union Magazine, Credit Union Executive Newsletter, Credit Union Directors Newsletter, and Credit Union Management. In addition to her speaking, facilitating, training, and coaching, she draws on her nine years of experience as a Chamber of Commerce and American Marketing Association board member.
Jeff Rendel
Jeff is president of Rising Above Enterprises, and offers a wealth of knowledge from his experience in the financial services marketplace. In his current position, he works with associations and professionals who want greater professional growth, as well as financial services providers who want deeper market penetration. His mission is to develop excellent leaders – in life, on the job, for your members, and for your credit union. Jeff has held such positions as federal regulator, financial executive, and congressional lobbyist.
