  Mark Taber

Mark Taber is the co-founder of Taber, Dunn & Associates, Inc., a management solutions company that provides interim management to the financial services industry. Today he serves as the president and CEO of CU BizSource, a credit union industry wide resource for member business lending. Prior to starting his own company, he was a partner in the accounting and consulting firm, Virchow Krause & Company where he was the chief operating officer of the firm's Financial Services Group, which included Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisition, and Wealth Management business units. He also served as the executive director of The Valued Advisor Fund, a Community Development Entity (CDE) that provided services related to debt and equity sourcing to other CDEs throughout the country.

Formerly first vice president and chief credit officer for Firstar Bank Wisconsin, a $4 billion financial services company, Taber is a 15-year commercial lending veteran with line, underwriting and portfolio management experience.

Taber has been an instructor for the American Institute of Banking and CUNA's Business Lending Institute teaching courses in commercial lending and financial statement analysis. He is a past chairman of the Robert Morris Associates Credit Roundtable, a commercial lending industry trade association and currently serves as president of the Board of Governors of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
