  Claudine Oriani

Claudine Oriani's personal mantra is "knowledge is power, but only if shared." She has been involved in adult education for the past twenty years. Thirteen of those years have been spent serving the credit union industry through software training, organizational development, marketing/business development, and financial literacy programs.

Her passion for adult education and the credit union movement has led to providing educational presentations throughout the United States since 2002. Her subject-matter topics include: leadership techniques, marketing and sales initiatives, development of human capital, and financial literacy programs.

In addition to public speaking, Claudine has performed as a stand-up comedian and often infuses her presentations with humor. On this subject, she states: "Scientific research has quantified the link between laughter and learning retention, so there's a method to my madness."


  Glenn Strebe

Glenn Strebe is the president/CEO at Air Academy Federal Credit Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also the chairman of Air Academy Service Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary credit union service organization providing complete mortgage lending services and complete financial services. Previously, Glenn served AAFCU as COO and CFO. Prior to joining the credit union movement, he was an auditor and subsequently a financial analyst. He has authored a credit union finance book, a white paper for the COO Council, published in various credit union periodicals, contributed to a book on CUSOs and various articles on CUSOs.


  Woody Hodgdon

Woody Hodgdon, CUCE is the national compliance manager for Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union (Formerly HP Employees FCU) in Palo Alto, California. Woody's department includes a staff of 28 Credit Union employees from various functional areas around the country, who spend up to 20% of their time doing compliance related work. His office is in the Loveland, Colorado branch. Addison Avenue FCU serves Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies employees in the United States and Puerto Rico as well as some other related employers. Prior to accepting his current job, Woody spent 17 years at HP Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union in Loveland, Colorado where his jobs included managing both the Collections and Compliance Departments. He spent three years as an agent for CUNA Mutual in northern Colorado prior to starting his management career with credit unions.


  E. Dennis Graham

E. Dennis Graham is a frequent speaker at financial industry events throughout the United States. He is director of Credit Union Services for Schneider Sales Management, a nationwide sales training and consulting firm. Denny has more than 30 years of experience in financial industry sales as sales manager, senior vice president of human resources, senior vice president of consumer banking, management committee member at United Postal Savings, CEO of the Institute of Financial Education, and national sales manager for the Bank Administration Institute.


  Karen Houston

Motivated, competent, and professional are just a few of the ways to describe Karen Houston. Karen is regional vice president of Credit Union Employment Resources in Farmer's Branch, Texas. She has over 25 years management experience in financial institutions, with 22 years at Educational Employees Credit Union in Fort Worth. Karen is a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE), certified with highest honors from the National Credit Union Institute, and honor graduate of Southwest CUNA Management School


  Rory Rowland

Rory Rowland leads training on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. After serving as president of two credit unions and earning his CCUE, Rory began using his background in credit unions to help others in the movement be more effective. Rory has presented his high energy, fun, and humorous training in all 50 states over the past eight years.


  Scott Lopez

Scott has worked in human resources for most of his career and has held a variety of positions. With the Credit Union National Association, he has been the recruitment manager, compensation specialist, and employee relations and labor relations director. He has also spent some time "on loan" to the World Council of Credit Unions as their human resources generalist. Scott has had numerous opportunities to present training on recruitment, documentation and discipline, interest-based bargaining, and affirmative action.


  Lynn Guilliani

Lynn Giuliani is the President and founder of Progressions Inc. a consulting company specializing in Sales, Service and Leadership Training for Credit Unions and Community Banks. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry; working in both CU's and Banks. Lynn's thorough knowledge of banking helps her to create a personal rapport with her participants, as they know" she's been there"!
