ABOUT THIS EVENT It's no secret that branch managers wear many different hats. You have to balance a budget, ensure you're playing by all the rules, develop a sales culture, and plan for the future. All while serving members and managing staff as a great leader! Join us to learn what steps you can take to make your branch more profitable, more service oriented, and a great place to work! The CUNA Branch Management Institutes will provide new branch managers the basic skills necessary to become more effective leaders and seasoned branch managers an opportunity to stay in tune with changing trends and skills to stay on the cutting edge. CANCELLATIONS The last day for cancellations was October 11, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost.
