October 6–9, 2008
San Francisco, CA

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Does your branch operate as a team or are you just a group of individuals getting the job done? Why is it so hard to maintain a team spirit day-to-day as a manager? Join us for this high energy and highly interactive session and get the answers to these questions and more.

The CUNA Branch Management Institutes will provide new branch managers the basic skills necessary to become more effective leaders and seasoned branch managers an opportunity to stay in tune with changing trends and skills to stay on the cutting edge.

The Foundations Institute is not a prerequisite for the Strategies Institute.

"I was able to refocus on being the type of manager that I want to be. I received great information, tips, and networking opportunities during the week that will keep me going when I get back to the branch."
- Terri Pavlica, Assistant Branch Manager
Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union
