  Lynn Giuliani

Lynn is the president and founder of Progressions Inc. a consulting company specializing in sales, service, and leadership training for credit unions. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, working in both credit unions and banks. Lynn's thorough knowledge of banking helps her to create a personal rapport with her participants, as they know "she's been there"!


  Barbara Bauer

Barbara, vice president of Omnia Group, has been mentoring clients on hiring and succession for more than 15 years. Her past experience includes several years as a selection/management consultant. Barbara has helped professionals hire the right person the first time, manage more effectively, and build high-performance teams for the past 16 years. Today, with four different and competing generations in our workforce, you need to be even more informed and certain about your staffing decisions. Barbara takes normal everyday tools/concepts and shows you how to use them wisely to get exceptional results. Her delivery is informative and humorous.


  Robert Jeffers

Robert brings a passion for helping people make connections between their goals and actions to thousands of participants each year in business, industry, health care, associations, education, and government. His programs are packed full of practical advice, participant interaction, and fun. Participants in his programs often remark that their time with him is meaningful because he teaches audiences something real about people that can be put into practice immediately.

Robert brings actual global experience to the platform, having lived and traveled in 48 countries. He learned leadership on the job with Pacific Crest Outward Bound School, discovered financial reality as a budget analyst for the Alaska State Legislature, and practiced calm in the midst of chaos while dodging tear gas in Algeria. Currently serving as teaching fellow for the University of Wisconsin, Robert is also an independent speaker, coach, and consultant who helps people and organizations clarify and meet their objectives.


  Joe Saari

Joe is the president, CEO, and co-founder of Precision Information. In 2007, two credit unions who working with Precision Information, publisher of the Educated Investor University, were awarded Credit Union Journal Best Practice awards. Check out the press release.

Joe is a respected and well-known thought leader in the financial industry, a member of the Wisconsin Governor's Taskforce on Financial Literacy, and recipient of the Governor's Award for Financial Excellence. Joe has spoken for CNBC, CNNfn, Bloomberg, and many other media outlets. He is passionate about his personal mission to enrich the lives of individuals and organizations he serves.


  Susan Dietz

Susan's philosophy in life is "the one who says it can't be done is the one who misses all the fun." Susan has 14 years of credit union experience in a variety of areas, including payroll, membership development, marketing, human resources, and branch operations. As training manager for Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Susan's mission is to help employees see how dramatically their world can change when they move from "just having a job to having a career."

Susan was recognized as CUNA's 2006 Training Professional of the Year. Her XTREME training program has been shared with credit unions around the country as well as service organizations outside our industry looking to take their service to the extreme!
