  Robert A. Ponton, Jr.

Robert A. Ponton, Jr., is a partner in the Raleigh, North Carolina law firm of Wyrick, Robbins, Yates & Ponton. Robert's legal practice is one which specializes in bankruptcy and collection matters. He's a frequent speaker on the topics of bankruptcy and collection management, consumer lending, and bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance.

  Kelly Becker

Kelly Becker is a founder and President of CU Recovery, Inc. and The Loan Service Center Inc. in Wyoming, Minnesota.

CU Recovery, Inc. specializes in charge-off collection and repossession work. Currently, the company serves more than 1,000 credit unions in the U.S. Since the company's inception, it has collected more than $35 million for credit union clients and repossessed more than 4,000 pieces of collateral.

Kelly's experience provides us with a unique perspective into the minds and habits of delinquent members. He brings a real world approach to the task of managing account delinquency and we are confident that you will find his insights enlightening and informative.

  Harry Strausser

Harry Strausser III is president of The Remit Corporation and Interact Training and Development where he oversees the operation of a full-service collection agency and coordinates training programs for its educational subsidiary. Harry is active in the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and ACA International. In 1998 he received the Kurt Swersky Innovative Leadership Award at the Leadership Forum of the American Collectors Association.
