  Connie Kilmark

Connie has developed an original approach to personal money management and has been dubbed the "Dr. Ruth of money" because of her appealing personal style and background in counseling and finance. She balances the emotional and psychological aspects of money with the financial facts and has helped thousands of clients achieve financial health. Connie is frequently interviewed by the local and national media concerning personal finance, psychologically sensitive money management and investment strategies, and the connection between money and emotions for individuals and couples.


  Steve Peterson

Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the field of collections. His career began with Ford Motor Credit Company in 1977. After four years, he moved on to accept the position of accounts receivable manager for a large Midwestern retail chain. In 1988, Steve joined Mapother & Mapother Attorneys as Law where he was the lead account representative for 14 years. Bill Mapother & Steve developed and operated a collection school together and have trained well over 5,000 employees since 1991. In 2002 ,Steve formed his own consulting company called Collection Training Consultants. He conducts telephone collection training seminars for state leagues and associations as well as individual financial institutions and businesses.


  R. Todd Sherpy

Todd is a founding partner in the South Carolina law firm of Edwards & Sherpy, P.A. Todd and his team are dedicated to serving all legal needs of credit unions, and have attained a national reputation for their legal auditing, compliance, and bankruptcy/collections work. The firm provides compliance auditing, training, and consulting services to credit unions throughout the United States. Todd dedicates a large portion of his time to teaching credit unions, having made presentations in 40 states, and participating as an instructor for numerous CUNA programs.


  Harry Strausser, III

Harry is president of The Remit Corporation and Interact Training and Development where he oversees the operation of a full-service collection agency and coordinates training programs for its educational subsidiary. Harry is active in the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and ACA International. In 1998 he received the Kurt Swersky Innovative Leadership Award at the Leadership Forum of the American Collectors Association.
