  Darla Dernovsek

Darla specializes in writing about financial services, marketing, and technology. Her published work includes numerous books, white papers, and articles written for the Credit Union National Association. Darla has also worked as a marketing executive in the healthcare and electronic funds transfer (EFT) industries and as a newspaper reporter and editor.


  Connie Kilmark

Connie has developed an original approach to personal money management and has been dubbed the "Dr. Ruth of money" because of her appealing personal style and background in counseling and finance. She balances the emotional and psychological aspects of money with the financial facts and has helped thousands of clients achieve financial health. Connie is frequently interviewed by the local and national media concerning personal finance, psychologically sensitive money management and investment strategies, and the connection between money and emotions for individuals and couples.


  David Palmieri

David is the community relations and education manager at GreenPath, Inc., a non-profit company that provides nationwide customer-focused debt management solutions and financial education programs, enabling people to enjoy a better quality of life.

For more than 14 years, David has worked in many capacities in the financial education and counseling industry. He was a certified credit counselor at Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Delaware Valley in Philadelphia and the Operations Director at CCCS of Central Indiana in Indianapolis before focusing his efforts on the personal finance matters of credit unions and their members. For the last five years, David has developed and presented personal finance workshops for credit union members and employees on topics that are pertinent to members' lives including credit reports, saving, buying a home, identity theft, and kids and money.


  Ty Warren

Ty is a consultant, author, and lecturer with over 30 years of broad consulting experience in leadership, CEO development, management training, and marketing. He has worked with over 400 clients including Microsoft, Walt Disney Company, International Paper, Delta Airlines, the United Nations, and scores of organizations within the financial services industry.

Ty is on the faculty of CUNA Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He recently was the closing keynote speaker at the World Organization of Credit Union's International Leadership Conference held in Paris, France. His book, White Hat Leadership, was recently released.
