  Rory Rowland

A business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills, Rory Rowland served as president of two credit unions and is a certified credit union executive. Rory uses his communications skills and credit union knowledge to help others in the movement be more effective.

Rory has presented his high energy, fun, and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly-rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union league conferences throughout the country.

Jim This is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant and facilitator in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, interpersonal communication and marketing. His programs are consistently praised for their combination of quality content and good humor. He is one of the founding partners of The Paragon Consulting Group, LLC.

  Claire Ippolitti

Claire Ippoliti is vice president of lending for Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, a credit union with more than $520 million in assets and eight branch offices in Philadelphia and Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. At Philadelphia FCU, Claire is responsible for loan administration and management. She oversees loan originations and servicing for consumer, first mortgage, and business loans. In 1998, she implemented Philadelphia FCU's risk based lending program in addition to several automated lending systems. Claire also serves on CUNA Lending Council's educational committee and is on the board of CU Realty of Pennsylvania.
