ABOUT THIS EVENT

This session is open to training and implementation teams from all current Creating Member Loyalty (CML) clients at no cost. (Not sure if you're eligible? Call us at 800-456-0543, ext. 4255 and we'll help!)

We invite you to join the CML Team and your credit union peers to explore ideas and best practices for the successful ongoing implementation of the CML system in your credit union. You'll hear from CML Master Trainers, Sales Performance Consultants, and other credit unions actively using the CML programs on key implementation topics. Learn what's new with CML in the past year, discover what's on the horizon, and share your own best practices in this highly interactive, hands-on session. You'll walk away feeling energized, with renewed excitement and a larger network of credit union experts from around the country.

The Creating Member LoyaltyTM System of Training is designed to help credit unions better serve members and increase bottom-line sales. CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was October 18, 2009. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
