  Jan Null

Jan is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and has been a meteorologist for over 34 years. Jan enjoyed a 24 year career with the National Weather Service, including several years as Disaster Preparedness Meteorologist. Since 1987 he has also been an adjunct professor of Meteorology at San Francisco State University and regularly teaches an Intro to Meteorology course. In 1998 he founded Golden Gate Weather Services and specializes in weather event reconstruction and forensic meteorology.


  Bob Keubler

Bob is the chief information officer for 1st Financial Federal Credit Union in St Charles, MO. He has been in IT for 10+ years and has been heavily involved in BCP planning for multiple financial institutions. Bob is a current member of the CUNA Technology Council and serves on the Executive Committee and is co-chair of the Communications Committee.


  Mike Jennings

Mike is a manager with the Technology Risk Management Services group at RSM McGladrey, where he provides business continuity planning and other management consulting services to clients throughout the United States. Mike has more than 16 years of experience in the business continuity and disaster recovery industry. He joined RSM McGladrey in 2007 after serving for more than five years as the practice leader for a global business continuity and disaster recovery software and services company. In that position, he worked with clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

Mike participates in and manages recovery planning projects for organizations in a variety of industries. He has experience with all phases of the business continuity planning process, including needs assessment, risk analysis and business impact analysis studies, recovery strategy selection, vendor evaluation, and plan development and implementation. He has also coordinated numerous recovery plan tests/exercises and pandemic planning exercises, as well as conducted a variety of plan reviews and audits.


  Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan serves as vice pesident and general manager for Agility Recovery Solutions. In this role, Paul provides strategic direction; channels partner management, service delivery, mobile operations and market management in the U.S. and Canada. Paul has 25 years of extensive product management, marketing and sales support experience in the IT services industry. A visionary leader who has initiated business turnarounds from a commodity to services based model and developed and enhanced product partnerships. Prior to joining Agility, Paul was with IBM for two years as general manager of business resilience and continuity services in Canada. Prior to IBM, Paul spent 13 years with Comdisco Continuity Services with the last 4 years based out of Chicago as SVP of product development, sales support and marketing.


  Robyn Quaco

Robyn is a senior community relations manager at California Coast Credit Union, the fourth-largest credit union in San Diego. Her responsibilities include being the credit union's media relations' coordinator to fulfill television interview requests, develop press releases, and approve copy for print articles. Additionally, Quaco is a business development officer and regularly presents financial education workshops for teens and youth. Prior to working for California Coast Credit Union, Quaco was a public relations manager at the San Diego Chargers, responsible for player and coach media interviews, special events, and community relations fundraising and was the director of communications for Oceanside Unified School District.


  Amy Stroud

Amy began her career with the National Credit Union Administration in 1997 as an examiner in Gainesville, GA. She became a supervision analyst in the Atlanta Regional Office in 2000. Amy became a program officer in NCUA's Central Office with the Office of Examination and Insurance in 2007. Her current duties include disaster recovery planning efforts. While in the Regional Office, Amy also helped revamp the region's disaster recovery plan after the lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina.


  Lee Milligan

More than 48 years in business, with a major focus on technology, information security, and business continuity/recovery. Lee is presently employed as senior project leader for Strohl Systems, and has served as director, business continuity planning for Gap, Inc., director of emergency contingency planning and information security for Chas. Schwab, and in the technology field for Apple Computer, Bank of America, and State Farm Insurance.

Lee served as chairman of the Strohl User Group Advisory Board, and became active in Red Cross as chairman of the Northern California Disaster Preparedness Network, a structure supporting more than 620 community based organizations. The Network was founded after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, to improve preparedness for all citizens in the area, including handicapped, non-English speaking, and disenfranchised populations. Lee has always been involved with user groups and organizations in various leadership capacities.
