Barry Beder
Barry is vice president, corporate health & productivity, for Health Resources.
Barry received his masters degree from the University of Michigan in 1975. For 27 years he has been an innovator and leader in the design and implementation of award winning corporate trainings and behavioral health programs. He has consulted for more than 200 corporations, hospitals and HMOs and has presented on-site training programs to more than 200,000 employees. Clients have included the New England Journal of Medicine, Fleet Bank, Weyerhaeuser, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Verizon, UAW-Ford Motor Company, and the U. S. Department of Labor.

David Sprague
David, president/CEO of Hanscom Federal Credit Union, has over 30 years of experience in financial services.
David began his credit union career as a senior vice president for Rockland Federal Credit Union. As part of a new management team, he developed and implemented a new strategic plan that focused on improving financial performance. Through his efforts, NCUA released the credit union from receivership and today RFCU is a healthy member of the credit union movement.
David joined Hanscom FCU in 1996 as president and CEO. Under his leadership, the credit union quadrupled its assets, currently at $660 million, and doubled membership to 43,000. He has successfully completed four mergers and oversaw the opening of the credit union's first retail-oriented branches.
Ron Broaddus
Ron is the chief information officer at Potlach No. 1 Federal Credit Union. He has a BS in Computer Science from the National University and a graduate of the Information Technology Leadership Program at Santa Clara University.
Ron is also an active member of numerous professional organizations such as CUNA Technology Council, the Computer Security Institute and CUES.
John Bilodeau, CPA, CFE
John currently works as a program officer for the National Credit Union Administration's Office of Examination and Insurance. The Office of E&I is responsible for establishing and providing national examination guidance for ensuring the safe and sound operation of federally insured credit unions.
John has a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Bentley College, located in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. His 16 year tenure with NCUA includes working in various positions, including several years as a problem case officer. His experience also includes working as the controller for a mid-size, full-service credit union.
Lee Milligan
More than 48 years in business, with a major focus on technology, information security, and business continuity/recovery. Lee is presently employed as senior project leader for Strohl Systems, and has served as director, business continuity planning for Gap, Inc., director of emergency contingency planning and information security for Chas. Schwab, and in the technology field for Apple Computer, Bank of America, and State Farm Insurance.
Lee served as chairman of the Strohl User Group Advisory Board, and became active in Red Cross as chairman of the Northern California Disaster Preparedness Network, a structure supporting more than 620 community based organizations. The Network was founded after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, to improve preparedness for all citizens in the area, including handicapped, non-English speaking, and disenfranchised populations. Lee has always been involved with user groups and organizations in various leadership capacities.
Kevin Prince
Kevin Prince, chief security officer for Perimeter eSecurity, has helped hundreds of financial institutions understand the threats to Internet security. He leads training on firewall security, remote access, virtual private networks, and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Previously, Kevin was CEO of Red Cliff Solutions, a leading provider of managed security services to credit unions that was acquired by Perimeter eSecurity in 2006.
Vince Wagner
Vince is a product expert for CUNA Mutual Group's Credit Union Protection Risk Management Department. Vince started his career with CUNA Mutual Group in 1985 as a risk management specialist servicing seven states in the Midwest portion of the United States. During Vince's tenure with CUNA Mutual Group, he was a regional manager, senior underwriter and product expert.
Prior to joining credit union protection risk management, Vince spent 15 years in law enforcement. During this time frame, he spent 10 years as a board of director for his credit union, and was chairman for four years.
Paul Sullivan
Paul serves as vice pesident and general manager for Agility Recovery Solutions. In this role, Paul provides strategic direction; channels partner management, service delivery, mobile operations and market management in the U.S. and Canada. Paul has 25 years of extensive product management, marketing and sales support experience in the IT services industry. A visionary leader who has initiated business turnarounds from a commodity to services based model and developed and enhanced product partnerships. Prior to joining Agility, Paul was with IBM for two years as general manager of business resilience and continuity services in Canada. Prior to IBM, Paul spent 13 years with Comdisco Continuity Services with the last 4 years based out of Chicago as SVP of product development, sales support and marketing.
Bill Podborny
Bill is the director of information security at Alliant Credit Union, overseeing corporate data security, computer incident response, and corporate business continuity efforts. He has a wide background in the IT and Information Security industry with over 17 years experience. Bill is responsible for architecting a new network and security program for Alliant, which in recent regulatory exams, received a "World Class" status for the Gramm-Leah-Bliley Act (GLBA) compliance.
Bill holds several industry certifications, including the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) for the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Michael Norton
Michael is the information systems manager for a 1+ billion dollar credit union in Spokane, Washington. Over 12 years time, Michael has worked as a technical instructor, curricula coordinator, lecturer, corporate project manager, information systems manager, and gadget freak. You will often find him attached to the latest hardware or software searching for a practical use or enjoying the puzzle of getting it working.
Bonnie Kramer
Bonnie is the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for Financial Service Centers Cooperative Inc. She has been active in the credit union industry for nearly 41 years.
She began working at FSCC in 1993, as its CEO. She was challenged to turn the company around and build a strong foundation through which future endeavors could be achieved. This included selling the company's four stand alone branches and changing the direction to that of all locations becoming outlets owned and operated by credit unions. As FSCC continues to expand its network, Bonnie reviews and incorporates new services and products to support its credit unions in serving members. These include automated adjustment system, call center outlet, stand-in at the switch, self-service branch kiosk, on-line fraud tracking as well as reporting and interactive training for credit union staff. Bonnie was selected to the Manchester's Who's Who for 2005 for Executives and Professionals.
