Change is Constant & Training Plays a Major Role

How many of us have experienced a change that was "effectively immediately" and found ourselves scrambling to react? Managing the change process is crucial to achieving credit union goals, and success depends on how ready people are to accept change. This is achieved through effective learning management, a function of appropriate learning technology and innovative learning strategies. Join this lively session and hear directly from industry experts about best practices in learning management and how to facilitate rapid and effective change in your organization, while maximizing its most valuable resource, people!
