You’ll discover how transitions make these magic tricks have impact.

Maximizing Your Strengths*

Trainers often have a lot on their plates and are frequently pulled in many directions. This session is designed for YOU, to help you understand what really drives you and how you can bring your values into alignment. In this session we will explore how our attitudes, motives, and values affect what we think and feel. We will also look at how you can expand your "areas of possibilities" within yourself. This session will make you a more effective trainer.

New Employee Orientation: Culture Shock or Not?*

Developing a comprehensive new employee orientation program can set a new employee up for success in their first 90 days with the credit union. During this session, you will receive a document template that outlines objectives of the program for senior management and discuss how to establish an effective inter-departmental new employee training team.
