ABOUT THIS EVENT

Whether you're new to IRAs or you've been working with them for years, here's an opportunity to refresh your knowledge and provide top-notch service to members.

The IRA Essentials Workshop will give you a solid foundation of IRA knowledge. Exercises are included throughout the day to help you apply information to job-related situations. You'll leave this session able to work with IRA owners and process basic IRA transactions with confidence. This is a beginner's session; no previous IRA knowledge is assumed.

The Advanced IRA Issues Workshop builds on your knowledge of IRA basics to help you address some of the more complex IRA issues you'll handle at the credit union. The trainers will use real-world exercises to help you apply information to job-related situations.

Please bring a handheld calculator.
