Robert E. Gregg
Robert is an employment relations attorney with more than 30 years of speaking and training experience. He litigates and serves as an expert witness in a wide variety of employment cases. His main emphasis is helping employers achieve enhanced productivity, creating positive work environments, and resolving employment problems before they generate lawsuits. Robert has conducted over 2,000 seminars throughout the United States and has authored numerous articles on practical employment issues.
Prior to entering private practice, Robert was the chief equal rights officer for the Wisconsin Personnel Commission. In that position, he had the opportunity to take part in creating laws and regulations which cover employment in both public and private sectors. Robert is also a national faculty member of the American Association for Affirmative Action.
Michael Hiller
Michael Hiller is the vice president of administration at Stanford Federal Credit Union, a position that he has held in part since 1990. In his credit union career Michael has also managed lending, branch operations, and credit card operations in addition to the usual human resources and training functions. Trained as a Lutheran pastor and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator counselor, Michael also has contributed to various publications on human resources, training, and technology issues in credit unions. He has been a member and served as chairman on the CUNA HR/TD Council Executive Committee. Michael also belongs to the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council.
Margaret N. Morford
Margaret is president for The HR Edge, Inc., an international management consulting and training company. Her clients have included Time Warner, Sara Lee Foods, Home and Garden Television, Nationwide Insurance, NAPA Auto Parts, U.S. Marine Corps, Fox Broadcasting, The Peabody Hotel, and various local and state governments.
Previous to owning her own company, Margaret was senior vice president of human resources for a national consulting firm out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has worked as an attorney, specializing in employment law, as well as been vice president of human resources for three large companies. She is often quoted as a business expert in newspapers across the country including The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, and USA Today and appears regularly on local ABC, CBS, and Fox television affiliates. She is the author of the video Running with the Big Dogs – How to Make HR a Strategic Player and the recently-published book, Management Courage – Having the Heart of a Lion.
