CANCELLATIONS
The last day for cancellations was August 31, 2008. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.

SHUTTLE AND AIRPORT INFORMATION
The Baltimore/Washington International Airport is located 12 miles from the Sheraton Baltimore City Center. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel, based on traffic. The BWI Shuttle is $25 roundtrip. A taxi will be around $30 one-way.
