  Constance Anderson

Constance Anderson is a nationally recognized credit union marketing consultant and trainer. She has been an instructor of marketing for the CUNA Management School, the Southwest Management School, and the CUNA Marketing Management School. In addition, she has spoken to credit union marketers at state conferences from Maine to California and is team trainer for CUNA's Sales and Service Culture Institute. She has also spoken about credit union marketing to the national conferences of NACUSO, NASCUS, and the National Youth Involvement Board. Constance is the author of three marketing texts published by Credit Union National Association: Strategic Credit Union Marketing, the Marketing Handbook for Credit Unions, and Catch Your Members on the Net. She also consults with credit union across the U.S. to craft strategic marketing plans. Constance holds an M.A. in Communications and is a member of the National Speaker's Association.

  Lori Falk

Lori Falk, president of Falk & Associates, is an expert in business communications. She has taught writing and public speaking for more than 15 years in both schools and businesses. Some of her clients include CUNA Mutual Insurance Group, Northwestern Mutual Life, Ameritech, and Harley Davidson. The popularity of her workshops has been attributed to her enthusiasm and her ability to tailor each course for the specific audience. In addition to her training responsibilities, Lori has revised form letters, written manuals, and completed Language at Work, a grammar and punctuation workbook.

  Rory Rowland

A business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills, Rory served as president of two credit unions and is a Certified Credit Union Executive. Rory uses his communications skills and credit union knowledge to help others in the movement be more effective.

Rory has presented his high energy, fun, and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past eight years, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly-rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country, including many of the credit union league conferences.

  Jim This

Jim This is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant and facilitator in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, interpersonal communication and marketing. His programs are consistently praised for their combination of quality content and good humor. He is one of the founding partners of The Paragon Consulting Group, LLC.
