INSTRUCTORS
Rose Bartolomucci
Rose works for the State of Ohio as deputy superintendent for credit unions, a position in which she supervises and regulates Ohio’s 188 state-chartered credit unions. Her career in the credit union system began in 1977. Most recently she served as president and CEO of Reward One Credit Union in Brook Park. Prior to that she was president and CEO of Kent Credit Union in Kent.
Rose has held leadership roles in numerous organizations, including Chairman of the Ohio Credit Union League, Chairman of the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, and Chairman of the Credit Union Executive Society, and served on the executive committee of the Credit Union National Association. Rose recently earned the designation of Certified Chief Executive from the Credit Union Executive Society.
Ed Jacob
Ed is the manager of North Side Community Federal Credit Union in Chicago, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Community Loan Fund, as a member of the Corporation for Supportive Housing Illinois Advisory Board, as secretary of the Woodstock Institute and as secretary/treasurer of the Illinois Credit Union Foundation
Prior to his work at the credit union, Ed was vice president in the community reinvestment department for Bank One Corporation, where he was responsible for Illinois programs. In 2003, he received the Tom Gobby Community Leadership Award from LaSalle National Bank for his work in providing affordable credit to low- and moderate-income families.
Toby Thomas
Toby is assistant vice president, investments at Corporate One Federal Credit Union, where his responsibilities include securities portfolio management and structuring of investment product specials. He joined Corporate One in 2001 as assistant vice president, investment sales manager, bringing with him over ten years of investment experience, with six of those years in money management products and services. In addition to Toby’s extensive investment and securities experience, he holds Series licenses 4, 7, 24, and 63.
Trisha Clark
Trisha Clark has been an examiner for the National Credit Union Administration for four years. She started her NCUA career in the Baltimore/Washington DC area, and transferred to Columbus, Ohio in 2005. She has worked with and assisted small credit unions throughout Ohio and the Maryland/DC areas. She also had the opportunity to work in Region III’s Division of Supervision in Atlanta, GA. Prior to coming to NCUA, she worked as an auditor for the State of Ohio Auditor’s office where she completed financial, compliance, and operational audits of state agencies.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
