INSTRUCTORS
Roger A. Clark
Roger Clark joined the NCUA in 1983 as a field examiner and later was named a principal examiner. He became one of the original designates for the IST subject matter examiner program in 1998 and has continued in this capacity through the present. He has participated in and/or overseen reviews in credit unions of all sizes and complexity throughout Ohio.
Hugh Smallwood
Hugh Smallwood, vice president of information technology Ongoing Operations, helps credit unions ensure their business remains intact and in touch through any type of interruption. Hugh’s background has been developing information technology environments for entrepreneurial businesses. His first worked for Millioneyes, an Internet service provider in Rockville, Maryland. Hugh gained invaluable experience helping manage their growth to 100,000 users and a staff of 60. After consulting for an enterprise portal product, Plumtree, Hugh joined a Baltimore based sports accessory and manufacturing company, 180s. Hugh spent this past year assisting CU Recover with the development of their web based solution.
Frederick L. Coffey
Frederick L. Coffey is the information systems director at Vacationland FCU and a member of the Ohio Credit Union League Technology Network Task Force. With 13 years of technology experience, he has worked with platforms as diverse as IBM mainframes to PLC controlled molding machines. He has certifications in technologies such as Novell, Microsoft Windows, Linux administration, HP printers, and Network Analysis. He has consulted for school districts on using Open Source in the classroom Linux and is an Open Source advocate.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) seven or more days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received six days or less before a program begins. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
