Dave joined Cindrich, Mahalak & Co. in May 2000 as Manager-Internal Audit/Compliance. He brings a rather different type of experience to the team. Dave had a 32-year career with SBC/Ameritech. During his tenure as manager with Ameritech, his main responsibilities were: computer operations manager, special projects manager and 10 years of internal auditing. Dave also understands the inner workings of a credit union from the board's perspective. He has 24 years Supervisory Committee and Board of Director experience with a $450 million credit union within the Detroit Metropolitan area.

Combining more than two decades of experience and a nationallyrecognized record of success, Greg Fouks is President/COO of HRValue Group. In that role, Greg is responsible for oversight of Human Resource projects, counseling Boards of Directors and senior management on talent recruitment, and designing customized executive search programs tailored to fit the specific needs of our clients. This includes a wide suite of Human Resource products, and in Executive Search, includes candidate identification, sourcing, interviewing, recruitment, assessment, negotiations, and referencing.

Steve is a senior economist for Credit Union National Association. He conducts economic research, teaches at various credit union schools and conferences, and writes articles for CUNA publications. Steve facilitates strategic planning sessions for credit union boards and has authored a textbook on asset-liability management. Steve is also a faculty member of the economics department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Torpey is the Director of the Amper, Politziner, & Mattia, LLP, regional accounting/consulting firm. As the Director of the firm's Risk Advisory Practice, Torpey provides consulting advice and attest services to smaller public, middle market, and not-for-profit organizations.
