Lori Basenback
Lori Basenback is a principal examiner in NCUA Region 2. She has worked for NCUA for 19 years, the first eight in Washington DC as both an examiner and an insurance analyst. Lori now works in East Pittsburgh as an examiner.
Dennis Dollar
Dennis Dollar is the principal partner in Dollar Associates, LLC, a full-service consulting group focusing on credit unions and the organizations that serve them. He was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board in 2001. Dennis had served on the three-member board since being confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 1997, having been a member of the NCUA board during the most far-reaching period of legislative and regulatory change in the history of the American credit union movement. As part of the NCUA board, he oversaw the making of all regulations for federal credit unions and the administration of the federal insurance fund covering approximately 9,500 federal and state chartered credit unions in the United States.
Eric Jenkins
Eric Jenkins is senior vice president of Credit Union Growth Services at Georgia Credit Union Affiliates (GCUA). Over his credit union career, Eric has been president of Palmetto Health Credit Union, the accounting manager for AllSouth FCU, and the assistant manager of SCARNG FCU. He was elected to the South Carolina Credit Union League board of directors in April 2003; represented South Carolina on the owner's advisory council of CUNA Mutual Group for two years; served on the executive committee of the OSI/FiTECH National Users Group; served as vice-president for the Columbia Chapter of Credit Unions; served on the SCCUL Small Credit Union Committee; and was a graduate and class president of the Southeastern Regional Credit Union Management School.
Drew J. Kishbaugh
Drew J. Kishbaugh serves Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union as senior vice president of Payment Services, and as president/CEO of Mid-Atlantic's payment services CUSO, MY CU® Services, LLC. He has oversight of all electronic bill payment, electronic funds transfer, and items processing services. Prior to his current role, Drew was responsible for Mid-Atlantic's risk management area, where he was responsible for identifying and capitalizing on appropriate opportunities while avoiding inappropriate exposure in a way that would maximize the credit union's value. Drew joined Mid-Atlantic in 2003 with 21 years experience in the financial industry, where he held several management and senior management positions within retail and operations.
Toni Montgomery
Toni Montgomery, community relations coordinator for AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union, is responsible for community outreach and charitable events, including the AmeriChoice Charity Golf Tournament. She serves as a spokesperson and promotes the credit union's youth clubs: The Dollar Dog Kids Club, CU Succeed Teen Club, and College Club. She works to help young people understand that the financial choices they make today will affect their financial outcome in the future. In May of 2007, Toni was named the Pennsylvania State Youth Ambassador by the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association.
Nancy Pierce
Nancy Pierce, Ph.D., is the president of Tipton Research Group in Kansas City, Missouri, which provides research and consulting services to credit unions. She is a 25-year veteran of the credit union industry and served as president of Mazuma Credit Union in Kansas City and chairwoman of both the Missouri Credit Union Association and the Credit Union National Association. Following her retirement from Mazuma Credit Union, Pierce received her Ph.D. in Consumer and Family Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004. She is currently serving as a field coach for the National Credit Union Foundation's REAL Solutions program in Missouri, Kansas, and New Mexico.
Randall J. Romes
Randall J. Romes, a consultant at LarsonAllen and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), leads a team of technology and industry specialists providing IT audits and security assessments for clients in a wide range of industries. Randy has been involved in the development of leading edge hacking/testing methods to uncover security vulnerabilities due to improperly configured firewalls, phishing, and social engineering techniques.
Sandra Shenk
Sandy Shenk is the state coordinator of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Service Centers, Inc. (PaCUSC), a network of shared service centers that allow members of credit unions in the network to perform certain transactions as if they were at their own credit union's office. Sandy began working for Pacul Services as a co-op student in 1987 in the Card Services Department. She was hired full-time in 1989 as a member service representative and worked in various positions within Card Services before moving over to PaCUSC.
David L. Sweitzer
David L. Sweitzer, vice president of sales for select accounts at CUNA Mutual Group, is responsible for leading and managing sales efforts. Previously, David served as CUNA Mutual's the assistant vice president of customer relationship management. David's career experiences include small-business development, sales and sales management, customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
Matthew Wessels
Matthew Wessels is responsible for new business development at Carbon Solutions Group. He specializes in greenhouse gas inventory and risk management, clean development mechanisms, and joint implementation projects under Kyoto Protocol and U.S. programs. He also consults with companies on the upcoming greenhouse gas compliance markets. Prior to becoming involved in environmental commodities markets, he was a proprietary energies and currencies derivatives trader at the Chicago Board of Trade.
