INSTRUCTORS
Brad Pricer
Brad Pricer is a Brokerage Sales and Retention Manager for the Employee Products area of the CUNA Mutual Group. He has over eight years of experience in the employee benefits field. He works with CUNA Mutual Employee Benefit Specialists to bring employee benefit products and solutions to credit union employer groups throughout the country. Brad is also a member of the Employee Solutions Compliance Council, ensuring clients remain up to date on regulatory issues. Brad has given many presentations on how compliance issues affect group health and welfare plans, and has provided training on compliance topics such as COBRA and HIPAA Privacy.


Dale Keener
Dale joined CUNA Mutual Group in May 2004 as an Employee Benefit Consultant. In this role, he has worked with credit unions in the Eastern Region to enhance the benefit programs provided to employees. Dale holds the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. His background includes over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. During this time, he has worked with a diverse range of employee benefit plans. This includes both fully insured and self funded plans for clients of all sizes across the United States. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University.

The Council meetings are open to all employees of affiliated credit unions. There’s no annual membership fee for the Pennsylvania Councils.
