INSTRUCTOR: KRISTI CALVER Kristi Calver specializes in improving front-line effectiveness of sales and service organizations through skill-based training and leadership development. She has led hundreds of programs on consumer and business-to-business selling, sales management, service, leadership, and career development. With more than 18 years of experience in training and development consulting, Kristi is an accomplished relationship manager, master trainer, instructional designer, and focus group leader. Her clients have included Belo Corporation, Charter One Financial, Dow Jones, Dreyfus Services Corporation, Fleet Financial, GNA Insurance, GE Capital, KeyCorp, Merrill Lynch, NBC, U.S. Surgical, Warner-Lambert, and Wells Fargo.
