  David A. Reed

David A. Reed, founder of CU Doctor, is an author, consultant, and nationally recognized speaker. Reed provides guidance to credit unions concerning a variety of matters, including credit union policies and procedures, organizational compliance, collections, security, contractual agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. A former bankruptcy attorney, vice president, and general counsel for a large credit union, Reed is particularly noted as an expert in the areas of bankruptcy and collections.


  Ralph L. Jones

Ralph is the executive vice president of the Georgia Credit Union Affiliates. Ralph began at the Georgia Credit Union Affiliates in 1988 and has served in numerous capacities. Prior to working at the Affiliates, Ralph was president and CEO of Phenix Federal Credit Union, where his credit union career began in 1969.

At the Georgia Credit Union Affiliates, Ralph has been involved in all aspects of the trade association (GCUL), as well as the various business entities that provide service and support to Georgia credit unions. These entities include Cooperative Services, Inc (CSI); GCUS; SWIRL, LLC; GCUL Acceptance Corporation; CU Images, LLC; and CULS, LLC.


  Shirley W. Inscoe

Shirley is the director of Financial Services Solutions at Memento, Inc. She took early retirement from Wachovia Bank at the end of 2007 to join Memento, a leader and innovator in solving emerging, unsolved fraud and compliance challenges. She is helping ensure that Memento solutions meet the needs of financial institutions of all sizes.

During her 29-year tenure with Wachovia, Shirley held positions as payment strategy director, strategic support manager for enterprise fraud, corporate compliance manager, operations manager of the Tennessee Bank, area operations officer, international officer, operations officer, and auditor.


  David Walker

David is the president and CEO of the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO). He has worked with ECCHO since 1989. ECCHO is a not for profit national clearinghouse with a focus on image exchange. He participated in almost every aspect of the development, passage, and signing of the Check 21 Act. He has more than 30 years in the financial services industry.

Prior to his employment with ECCHO, David was a senior vice president and managing director with the Carreker Corporation and before that, he was a senior vice president with First Republic Bank where he managed wire transfer, ACH, and balance reporting. His responsibilities included operations, data processing, and product management.


  Kimberly Rector

Kimberly has been the director of education for ACH Services at MACHA-The Mid-Atlantic Payments Association for the past 11 years. She is responsible for the Association's education and training programs, regarding the ACH Network. Kimberly has twenty-two plus years of ACH Network experience including positions with a credit union and a commercial bank before joining MACHA.


  Ann Davidson

Ann is the credit union protection product expert for CUNA Mutual Group in Madison, Wisconsin. Ann is responsible for the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures for all products and value-added services of Credit Union Protection. She also obtains company information on claims, underwriting, risk management and outside vendors (ie: card processors, card companies,) as it relates to products and services.


  Ryan Donovan

 

  Jim Poulson

Jim is director of sales at ViVOtech. He has 20 years experience building and managing sales and marketing organizations in high technology industries, including electronic payment systems and enterprise information systems. Jim comes to ViVOtech from VeriFone, Inc. the world leader of electronic payment systems, where he managed the sales team responsible for VeriFone's largest global customer – First Data Corporation.


  Ian Macoy, AAP

Ian is the managing director of Network Development with NACHA. Ian started at NACHA in September 1992 and his responsibilities include the management of network application, advanced payment solutions development, Industry Councils, and government relations. From 1992-1997, Ian served as director of the National Organization of Clearing Houses (NOCH) and was responsible for managing this check processing association while consulting to NACHA.
