Eileen has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry. She has spent the most recent eight years with Crowe Chizek delivering risk management services to financial institution clients ranging from de novo to $9 billion in total assets.

Mark is a Risk Manager in the Credit Union Protection Risk Management Division for CUMIS Insurance Society, Inc., the property and casualty company of CUNA Mutual Group. Mark assists credit unions in identifying areas of risk in their operations and recommends appropriate controls to reduce loss exposures. He is also responsible for ensuring the completion of the Fidelity Analysis Program, designed to detect ongoing embezzlements in credit unions.

Tracy has worked in public and private accounting for more than 24 years. For the past ten years he has provided regulatory compliance services to credit unions nation-wide. These engagements included Supervisory Committee audits, forensic examinations, BSA compliance reviews and ACH audits, along with other services designed to improve the internal control and financial reporting environment of credit unions.

Steve is a senior economist for Credit Union National Association. He conducts economic research, teaches at various credit union schools and conferences, and writes articles for CUNA publications. Steve facilitates strategic planning sessions for credit union boards and has authored a textbook on asset-liability management. Steve is also a faculty member of the economics department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Alonzo is the regional director of the NCUA's Region III (Atlanta) office where he is responsible for coordinating the examination activities for 1,700 federally insured credit unions. Prior to his current position, he served for three years as an associate regional director of field operations in NCUA's Chicago region.

Torpey is the Director of the Amper, Politziner, & Mattia, LLP, regional accounting/consulting firm. As the Director of the firm's Risk Advisory Practice, Torpey provides consulting advice and attest services to smaller public, middle market, and not-for-profit organizations.
